Pictures lost

I spent a long long time on the phone with Shutterfly and am unable to get the account back. Apparently, some people or person ordered photos and changed the account settings and never changed them back. Maybe Shutterfly was not the best way to share pictures. We will be glad to have someone take control of figuring out a way to share our photos next year. Any volunteers? I apologize to all of you who did not see them. He is a great photographer and he managed to capture the true beauty of our kids and the event. Enjoy.

Friday Night Meet and Greet

Hello all! we are having SO much fun meeting everyone that has come in early. Tonight you are encouraged to come to our meeting space at 4pm. We will have this meeting space available to us for the entire weekend. It is located in the Magnolia lobby, second floor, at the end of the hall. The room is the Hermitage Room CD. It will close nightly at 11pm and reopen at 5am each day. Please do not leave any valuables in the room at any time.

Tonight dinner will be served promptly at 5 and removed at 6:30pm. So if you plan on eating, come early! We can't wait to see you all and want to thank each one of you for coming!

Thursday Night

All you early Kazapalooza people: We are meeting for casual dinner at 7pm at Paisano's Pizzaria & Vino tomorrow in the hotel for all of us early birds if you want to come. Totally casual good kid enviornment...so I am told. No reservations needed just stop in.

For everyone else: please read about the meet and greet below. That is our first event on Friday.

Meet-N-Greet

Friday night we are having a Meet-N-Greet at the meeting room in the hotel. There will be food provided. Please note that although we will have the meeting room all weekend, the food service for that night will be from 5-6:30 pm only. If you would like to eat, you must come between those hours. The meeting room is Hermitage CD in the Magnolia section. Thanks!

We are really excited about this weekend and can't wait to see you all there.

Also, please be thinking about the raffle when you budget for your trip. Would you consider giving up a few of your morning Starbuck drinks to purchase raffle tickets? This is the only fundraiser we do the whole weekend and we really want to make as much money as we can for our charity this year. Please remember to bring cash to the dinner/dance on Saturday for the cash bar and the raffle tickets!
